Stealth Travel is operated by Stealth Travel LLC. We help travelers research destinations, plan trips, and coordinate travel arrangements. These terms apply to our website and services. Any additional terms for paid services will be provided for your agreement before you purchase.
2. Planning and reservations
Recommendations, itineraries, and quotes are proposals. A reservation is confirmed only when you receive written booking confirmation from us or the travel provider. Please review names, dates, destinations, and other details promptly and tell us about any errors.
3. Prices and payments
Prices and availability may change before confirmation. Before you authorize a purchase, we will explain the price, currency, payment schedule, our service fees, and any known additional charges. Any separate planning agreement will describe the work included and when fees become due.
4. Changes, cancellations, and refunds
Each booking may have its own change and cancellation rules. We will provide the applicable terms before you authorize the booking. Our planning and service fees will have separately disclosed cancellation terms. Refunds depend on those terms and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits a refund or other remedy you are legally entitled to receive.
5. Travel providers
Airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other independent providers deliver the travel services you book. Their terms also apply and will be made available before booking. We do not control their operations, schedules, or service delivery. We remain responsible for our own services and any obligations imposed by law.
6. Your responsibilities
Provide accurate traveler information and ensure you have permission to act for anyone included in your request. You are responsible for valid passports, visas, entry and transit requirements, and required health documentation. Tell us about accessibility needs or other essential requirements before booking so we can check available arrangements.
7. Disruptions and insurance
Weather, government restrictions, strikes, and other events may affect your trip. We will help you explore available options, but cannot guarantee alternative arrangements. Additional costs and refund rights depend on your booking terms and applicable law. We recommend considering travel insurance appropriate to your trip. Coverage and exclusions depend on the policy you choose.
8. Website information and automated tools
Destination guides, maps, recommendations, and automated planning tools are provided for general information. Globe animations illustrate routes and do not show live flight movements. Information may be incomplete or outdated, so confirm essential details before making travel decisions. An automated suggestion does not create a booking or authorize payment.
9. Responsibility and your rights
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by independent providers or events outside our reasonable control. This does not exclude responsibility for our own wrongdoing or limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
10. Updates and contact
